Coffee Process Operation

Coffee is interesting to people especially the Arabic coffee in the Gulf. Some people like to go to the coffee shops and some of them like to do their own coffee at home. Now , I am going to write about how instant coffee in made.

First of all, after the beans are picked from the plans they are dried under the sun. The beans are roasted and then are cooled rapidly. The beans are then groaned and are mixed with hot water. The mixture is then strained and frozen. After that, the frozen liquid is ground. The frozen liquid is then taken after grinding it and is dried in a vacuum.

When they finish all these steps the coffee will be ready and it is packed into jars to sale to the coffee shops and supermarkets.

My Life

My name is Waleed Saeed Khamis AlZaabi; I was born in the 3rd. of Aug. 1989 in Saudi Arabia in “AlSharkia” the beautiful city near “AlDammam”. I came from Saudi Arabia with my family when I was two years old. We were in Saudi Arabia because my father used to work there as an engineer and he had married there. I have three brothers and two sisters. One is older than me and one is younger than me. We have two houses in Abu Dhabi and two in RAK. I was brought up in Abu Dhabi in Al Zaab Area in the middle of Abu Dhabi. I studied in a privat elementary school and then I moved to the government schools in the high school.

When I was on teenager I felt the responsibility because all my brothers got married and I was the only one who can do all the home needs. I like travelling and I hope to travel around all the world in the future, until now I have been in some Countries like France, Belgium, Luxsumborg, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Switzerland and some Gulf countries. Maybe when I was a teenager there were some things that made me distinct from my friends for example the Poetry. My oldest brother is a poet and he used to write poems when he was thirteen years old and now he is thirty-seven years old. He taught me poetry and its rules and I have benefited a lot from his experience.

I grew up and worked hard at school to have good marks and to make my family happy specially my parents. When I graduated from the high school with good marks I was giving many things that I prefer on, like a driving license, a new car and many things I needed. I am interested in doing sports and training every weekend. Every couple days I run 2-6 km because a healthy body means a healthy mind. Yet another one of my most interests is going to the cinemas, I go to the cinema about 3 times a week and I like the adventures and scary movies.

Each person in the world must be influenced by something in life; and the most thing that influenced me is my brother struggling because he was expelled from his high school and then he moved to the army academy to study there. He worked hard and got the highest grade on his group and then moved to Australia to study there for five years and got excellent on Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and I hope to be like him because he didn’t despair and he has a good outlook.

I wish to be a professional engineer and to be able to improve my life from good to the best to satisfy my parents and have a good future. If I can do anything to my country in the future I will do all my best to develop our beautiful Emirates. And finally if I have my hope and dreams I will teach my sons to be like their father.
