This line graph shows us the changes in the milk consumption between 1950 and 2000 in the USA. In the past we can see that in the USA people drink more whole milk than low fat as the results of the chart.
The whole milk consumption was at its highest level in 1950 at about 130L per person. Then there was a steady decrease for the whole milk and in the same time low fat milk got slight rise from the same year. In the next years which are from 1960 to 1990 we see that a steep decrease from about 110L to 35L in whole milk consumption. But in the same years the low fat milk got rapid increase from around 15L to 60L for one person in the year. It’s clear from the chart both kind of milk have been leveled out in the next 10 years which that from 1990 to 2000.
As we can see people in the USA drinks’ whole milk more than low fat milk. Now a days, people in the USA are drinking low fat milk more than the whole milk.

Should Governments Spend a Large Amounts of Money on Art?
There are many people think that spending money on arts is wasting money. Other people feel that the government has to provide many arts for its citizens. Now I am going to write about if government should pay for arts.
There are some major reasons why government should pay for arts. First of all, art is one of the most important parts of nation's culture. I mean that we must be careful on our language, poems, arts and etc... . Secondly, art helps us to get many information about many things that we don’t know about. That means people can know more about themselves and more about the world by the arts. Furthermore, art is part of the economy. It might helps us to bring more tourism to our country.
However, governments should look at the other sides to balance their needs. For one thing, people need many things more important than poems or music or other arts like food or medical care. Another point is that governments tend to spend unwisely. They spend more and more only to build museums or fund without thinking about good quality. Finally, governments often confuse art and politics. They prefer statues of leaders to art that the people really like.
To sum up, although governments have their own responsibility. They should improve the good habits that people used to do like the different kinds of the art. I hope that our government will help us to improve our arts.
